Justin, now 16, has been honing his skills as an audio engineer since he was just 9 years old, specializing in mixing and mastering tracks. Carmello, 17, began his musical journey at 12. Together, they've spent years perfecting their sound and developing an aesthetic that's as distinctive as it is minimalist.

"We chose the ® symbol because it represents something authentic and protected," explains Justin. "In a world full of copycats, we wanted to trademark our identity from day one."

Filling the Void

TRADEMARK® MUSIC LABEL emerged from a frustration both founders felt with the current state of the industry. "Too many labels are chasing the highest possible streaming numbers instead of finding real talent," says Carmello. "We're here to change that narrative."

Their focus? Rage rap – a genre they describe as "a mix of heavy metal and rap with the image of modern day fashion models." It's raw, it's intense, and it perfectly embodies the energy that both founders bring to everything they create.

"Black and white is timeless," notes Carmello. "It's bold, it's clean, and it makes a statement without saying a word."

Beyond Music: TRADEMARK® LABEL Clothing

The vision doesn't stop at music. Both founders share a passion for fashion, and in late 2026, they plan to launch TRADEMARK® LABEL – a clothing brand that will extend their aesthetic into the fashion world.

The clothing line will maintain the same black and white minimalist aesthetic as the music label, with the iconic ® symbol appearing on everything from jean buckles to statement pieces. But this isn't just merchandise – it's a full fashion brand designed to stand on its own.

"We're taking our time with the clothing launch because we want to get everything right," says Justin. "We're building the hype, gathering our resources, and making sure we can deliver the best possible experience for our customers."

The Road Ahead

Currently operating as a duo, rage® and m®sprinkz are actively building their network and seeking new talent to join the TRADEMARK® family. While outsourcing connections has been their biggest challenge so far, their contact list continues to grow as word spreads about their unique approach to artist development.

The underground rap scene is about to get a serious upgrade.
